Standard delivery is a 48HR service, carriage costs are variable dependent on location and value of order. We estimate that your order will be delivered within 48 hours from the point at which we receive it. Our business hours are as below. Orders placed outside these hours will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please note if you order after 3.30pm your order may not be acknowledged until the following business day. We manually review all orders to ensure we are able to fulfil them promptly and as a result we reserve the right to amend, delay or cancel your order. If we do so we will inform you via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.

Cleaning Solutions UK takes great care to ensure that all the products we sell are of a high quality. However, if the goods received are damaged or faulty in any way, they will be replaced free of charge, or the customer refunded in full for the value of the defective goods.
For all other returns, a restocking charge of 20% of the invoice value will apply to all returns. Only items in their original condition, available to re-sell again, will be credited.
Please email email@example.com or call 01823 286827 before returning any item to discuss your return and request a Goods Return Number. Any items we receive back without a Goods Return Number will be quarantined and no action will be taken.
